Pizza with the Principal Read-a-Thon party was held today during lunch time. 51 students got to celebrate with Mr. Ruth for reading atleast 350 minutes!!! Thank you to The Chop Stop for making the pizza for us and PTO for the chips & pop! There was even a little singing and dancing going on!

Parents of Iroquois students in grades 6-12: Last week you should have received a letter about Satchel One notifications. With the letter, there were QR codes for each of your students. Please sign up for the notifications from Satchel One so you can keep up to date with your students. These will be the primary way you are notified about detentions for minor incidents.

Congratulations to Mrs. Dant and the FCCLA Chapter for receiving the CTSO grant. The funds will allow the chapter to purchase professional dress including jackets and shirts to be worn during competitions and at public events.

Last week the school celebrated Character Counts week. The Teens as Teachers as well as the elementary student council announced the pillars each day and what it meant. Teens as Teachers also did lessons and activities with elementary students throughout the week. The favorite activity was painting "Kindness Rocks" together.

"I-Club" 2023 Fruit Sales Fundraiser Selling begins Tuesday, October 24th Return order to Ms. Bohlander, at the school on Tuesday, November 7th. Fruit is scheduled to be delivered to the school between Thanksgiving & Christmas break. As soon as a specific date is scheduled, we will let you know. The fruit will have to be picked up from the school by students and/or parents on the day that it arrives. Money will be collected at the time of order.
